| Rite-Hite Aftermarket's Door Deputy™ Door System is a two part sectional door system consisting of the Hold-Open™ Anti-Sag System which helps to keep manual sectional doors from drifting into the door opening and the Lock-Down™ Security System which helps to secure sectional doors.
The Hold-Open™ Anti-Sag System
Doors that "drift" into the door opening can cause door damage, resulting in higher maintenance costs, and inefficient loading and unloading operations.
When installed on manual sectional door track, the Hold-Open System holds the door securely above the door opening, preventing the door from "drifting" into the opening.
The Door Deputy automatically activates as the door travels to the fully opened position. When the door needs to be closed, a manual pull cord deactivates the system and allows the door to travel downward.
The Lock-Down™ Security System
Manual sectional doors have conventional slide locks that over time need to be repaired or replaced. Often times these locks don't get used properly and securing the sectional doors can be a problem for plant personnel.
The Lock-Down Security System is an automatic locking mechanism that helps keep a manual sectional door secure, and it is much more durable than conventioanl slide lock mechanisms.
As the door travels to its fully closed position, the Door Deputy's latching bracket automatically secures the Door Deputy and the door. A manual Quick-Flex handle allows the door to travle to its fully open position.
Easy Installation
Door Deputy is applicable for manual sectional doors up to 3" thick and that have two or three inch track.
In addition, Door Deputy can be retro-fitted to existing manual sectional doors and can be installed on either the right or left side of the door. |
